Warm a few drops into your palms and inhale the aroma. 2. Place hands on both cheeks, then one hand on your forehead and one on your chin to apply. 3. Slide hands up décolleté and neck, then work in small circular movements over cheeks and up to hairline. 4. Gently pinch along jawline with index fingers and thumbs. 5. Using your finger and thumb, gently pinch along brows, then use your ring finger to gently circle under the eye. 6. Using both middle fingers, create firm strokes up the centre of the forehead from the bridge of your nose to hairline. 7. Using small circular movements, massage your forehead from centre to temples.
