Vintage silk dress and jacket by Bellville Sassoon. High end British fashion house Bellville Sassoon was founded in 1953 by Belinda Bellville. Designer David Sassoon joined the company in 1958 and in 1970 the company was renamed Bellville Sassoon. This set looks very much like it was made in the 70s with its maxi style and silk loose fit.
