Jean Desses, Paris – custom made wedding dress in multiple layers of ivory lace and net some of which is pleated. One layer is stiffened for shape. The strapless boned bodice has a rear zip. The dress, which was worn once for a wedding in 1951, is extremely soiled and will need specialist cleaning. Measurements: Length (top of bodice to hem) approx. 135 cms. Waist 60 cms Underarm to underarm 44 cms.
