Nude Bridesmaids – Whatever Next?
Don’t worry, we aren’t having a naturist revolution here but we are seeing bridesmaid trends ditching the bright colours for a more traditional wedding colour – nude.
Wedding superstition had it that all the bridesmaids would dress in the same colours as the bride to confuse evil spirits who might want to curse her. Well thankfully there are no evil spirits gatecrashing weddings these days but wedding fashion has reverted back to similar colours for the bridesmaids.
Remember the Royal Wedding? The chief bridesmaid, Pippa Middleton and all the younger bridesmaids were wearing white to match the bride. However unless you have a stunning designer dress like Kate’s then you might prefer your bridesmaids to wear the neutral colour of the season, for nude is THE colour to be seen in this summer!
