A familiar name on the High Street, Monsoon were one of the first retailers to offer a bridal wear collection and have developed a reputation for offering a distinctive style that sets them apart from other brands. Monsoon Wedding Dresses
A selection from this year’s collection of bridal dresses. Most stores have a dedicated bridal department or you can order on-line. Wedding dresses are usually available in sizes from 8 to 18 although some styles are also available in a 20 and 22. Monsoon also offer a great range of bridal accessories, bags and shoes.

New for 2011 these two beautiful short length dresses are my favourites and are sure to be a big with the modern bride. The Kirkby Lace Shift Dress is silver in colour, fully lined and features intricately detailed embroidery and beading. The ivory Kipp Dress is also fully lined and has a nicely embellished waistline which, combined with the pleated front, creates a slender look and the keyhole detail at the back is a great final touch. Both dresses come in sizes 8 to 22
Maxi Dresses
If long and slender is the look you want then the traditional maxi is the style for you – and Monsoon are on trend this season with a selection of elegant maxi dresses from £160 to £225.

The Hyatt Maxi Dress is a stunning one shoulder style ivory bridal gown with finely detailed silver colour embroidery and fluted sleeve. The Lorton Dress is a more conventional style full length dress with embroidered floral detailing.
Monsoon also offer a great range of outfits for the rest of the wedding party with a fabulous selection of dresses and outfits for the young bridesmaids and flower girl; page boy outfits, and an occasion wear collection which is ideal for the older bridesmaids and mum of the bride.
